Thanks to the new Morningstar firmware that allows Resistor-Ladder switching, we've been able to shove all these switches into a single enclosure taking a single Omniport!

The right-side-jacks of your MC6Pro are still usable as we've notched out an area for you to either run cables out of, or tuck a CME Widi controller into!

  1. Sturdy and well built.

  2. The device fits my MC6 Pro perfectly, and after some support from Jason, I was able to calibrate the ladder resistor switches without a problem.

  3. Works really well. Those with bigger feet or tight space on your board might want the 7 switch version for better switch spacing. But the unit is taller than most of my other pedals, and there’s some breathing room around it that I can aim at the external switches without much concern for hitting the mc6 switches by accident.

So would the second output seen in the cad photo be used as an output for additional switches (up to 8 more)? Possibly a 6 button switcch matching the profile of U aux 8? Gibs asked on January 19, 2025

Yes, the secondary 1/4" jack is the "expansion" jack to continue the Aux switch chain for the remaining 8 switches. What most customers have done is just picked up either our SideAux6 or Compact SideAux6, but we could definitely do a 6-switch unit: 4 on the top and 2 on the front-angled-edge. Whenever you're ready just submit a "Contact Us" form off our site so we can actually email/chat and share designs with you =)

There is a large cutout on that side of the switch that butts up against the MC6Pro. You can actually hide the CME WIDI inside that gap, or run the cables out the rear as there is a small wire-gap for that as well! Here's a quick snapshot of the CAD design, I'll work on getting actual-photos added on the next build! Pedalnetics asked on January 12, 2025
